Mechanical chains in the correction of dynamic states of vibration processing machines

Abstract

The aim was to develop a scientific and methodological basis for solving problems of the dynamics of mechanical oscillatory structures with additional contours that allow for variable approaches in the formation of vibration fields of interacting elements. An original method for evaluating and changing the dynamic states of mechanical oscillatory systems with several freedom degrees and concentrated parameters used as calculation schemes for vibration processing machines is considered. The methods of structural mathematical modeling were used, in which the structural scheme of a dynamically equivalent automatic control system and the source object are compared. A technology for constructing mathematical models capable of displaying dynamic properties introduced into the original system by additional connections in the form of mechanical elastic-inertia chains was proposed. The possibility of changing the inter-partial properties of the system was shown, thus allowing implementation of specific assessment modes and formation of respective structures for the distribution of oscillation amplitudes of points of extended working bodies. A technology for constructing mathematical models reflecting the main vibrations distribution properties was developed. Analytical relations reflecting the main effects and possibilities of dynamic interactions of the system elements were obtained. Possibilities for selecting and changing the modes and dynamic states of vibration machines are shown. Constructive and technical implementations of the developed technologies for changing the dynamic states of systems were proposed. The use of the introduced concepts of transfer functions of inter-partial connections was shown, which determine the regularities of the distribution of working body vibration amplitudes in specific modes of vibrational dynamic states and the structure of the vibration field. Analytical expressions were proposed for determining the frequency of vibrations of the working body, at which characteristic modes of movement are realized, creating the necessary conditions for the formation of the movement of working media in vibrating processing machines.
