Promptov: a scientist, a teacher and a citizen Professor Promptov Alexander Innokentievich, the Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the Russian Federation, one of the first to receive this honorary title at the Irkutsk Polytechnic Institute, now the Irkutsk National Research Technical University celebrates his 90th anniversary this year.
