В данной работе проведены экспериментальные исследования по определению коэффициентов сжимаемости дизельного топлива и его смесей с пальмовым маслом, а также чистого пальмового масла с целью определения влияния давлений сжатия и составов смесевых топлив на скорости звука и коэффициенты сжимаемости указанных топлив. МЕТОДЫ. После проведения обзора и анализа существующих методов (в данной работе) выбран метод измерения скорости звука в топливе, находящемся в нагнетательном трубопроводе. Скорость звука определяется по моментам начала нарастания давлений во входном и выходном сечениях трубопровода. РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ И ИХ ОБСУЖДЕНИЕ. При увеличении давлений сжатия и плотности топлива, зависящем от объемного содержания пальмового масла в смеси с дизельным топливом, скорость звука в топливе растет, а истинный коэффициент сжимаемости уменьшается. При этом - чем меньше плотность, тем больше предельные изменения истинного коэффициента сжимаемости. Таким образом, подтверждаются данные проводившихся ранее исследований о том, что с ростом плотности углеводородных топлив зависимость их сжимаемости приближается к закону Гука. ВЫВОДЫ. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы при моделировании процесса топливоподачи дизельных двигателей, работающих на смесях дизельного топлива и пальмового масла.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>PURPOSE. The paper presents experimental studies on the determination of the compressibility coefficients of diesel fuel and its mixtures with palm oil, as well as pure palm oil in order to estimate the effect of compression pressures and mixed fuel compositions on sound velocity and compressibility coefficients of the fuels under analysis. METHODS. Having reviewed and analyzed the existing methods, the authors chose the method for measuring sound velocity in the fuel located in the discharge pipe. The sound velocity is determined by the moments of initial pressure rise in the inlet and outlet sections of the pipeline. RESULTS AND THEIR DISCUSSION. When the compression pressure and fuel density, which depends on the volume content of palm oil in the mixture with diesel fuel, grow the sound velocity in the fuel increases, while the true compressibility coefficient decreases. In this case the lower the density, the greater the limit variations of the true compressibility coefficient. Therefore, the proof is given to the data of previous studies where it was found out that the dependence of hydrocarbon fuel compressibility approaches the Hooke’s law as fuel density grows. CONCLUSIONS.
